This healthcare client contacted us regarding insufficient cooling during peak needs in the summer. Discovered the original chilled water piping system was compromised by a follow on project adding cooling capacity needs in excess of original system capability. Additionally, the follow on project connected to the original piping system inappropriately causing significant decrease in water flow.

The piping system was modified in incorrectly adding to flow issues.
